IslandSupport is hiring a Customer Support Lead to manage our support team and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of support agents - Handle escalated customer issues - Improve support processes and documentation - Track KPIs and report on team performance
Requirements: - 3+ years in customer support, 1+ in a lead role - Excellent written and verbal English - Experience with Zendesk or similar tools - Empathetic and solution-oriented mindset
